Let's be honest, specifications can often appear cryptic and as Inspectors out in the field we find sometimes there can be a lack of information and confusion in specs. Whether you're an owner or a contractor who needs clarification prior to the job bid, the pre-job meeting or any time through out the job we can help.

 

Often specifications are written at the program level, not the individual project level.  This can lead to conflicting elements and lead to confusion. We can get to the root cause of the issues quickly and efficiently.

 

Many of the specs in use today were written long ago and have not been modified to reflect changes made in standards or advances in the Industry. The wheel doesn't have to be re-invented, sometimes all that is needed is a little re-alignment.
